You will usually receive an email with your tracking number the day after placing your order. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3-5 days. Keep an eye on your inbox for the confirmation and details to track your order.

Delivery typically takes 7-15 working days after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order Page.

You have 14 days to return your product(s) for a refund. Simply contact us at info@velzara-london.co.uk to initiate the process, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the next steps.

If you have entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm it. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at info@velzara-london.co.uk

If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

If you've placed an order and believe the size may not fit or you'd prefer to switch to another style, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible by emailing us at info@velzara-london.co.uk. Our representative will assist you and respond within 24 hours.

We're unable to cancel a complete order once it has been placed, as we immediately begin processing to ensure prompt delivery. However, if you need to modify specific items within your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is dispatched. While we aim to assist in every way, please note that changes may not always be possible once processing has begun.

If your tracking number isn’t updating or shows as "not found," don’t worry. It can take 1-3 business days for the system to reflect updates. In some cases, carriers experience delays in scanning packages, especially during busy periods, which may cause temporary gaps in tracking updates.
