Fifteen carbon fibre heating elements provide warmth to the body’s core. There are two buttons to control the temperature: one button controls the front heating of the vest, and the other controls the back. Both buttons can adjust to six temperature levels.

The heated vest is a foldable puffer jacket made from wind and waterproof, machine-washable, lightweight nylon material with animal-friendly filling. Carbon fibre heating elements deliver up to 12 hours of rechargeable warmth. Four heating zones on the chest, back, and neck offer up to 60°C of instant warmth, providing rechargeable warmth in all key areas so you can stay comfortably warm during any adventure.

Our heated vests reach temperatures of up to 60°C, a crucial feature to ensure our loyal customers receive the safest heated clothing on the market. We combine this versatile wire technology with a suitable 7.4V battery, delivering the right amount of power to the heated garment without causing overheating. This ensures not only the quickest warmth but also the longest and safest battery life.

How it Works:

Use the heated vest with or without activated heating elements to keep your core warm. Simply press the control button until you reach your desired heat level and wait. Your battery pack sends the signal to transmit electric currents through the element, reaching the desired temperature in about 30 seconds or less.

Instead of using electric wires, the conductive wires consist of a flexible e-textile that conforms to the wearer, making them a more comfortable alternative than the feeling of wires running through clothing. Conductive wire heating is an extremely lightweight yet durable heating option for wearable technology, providing high resistance, strength, and flexibility. What makes conductive wires safer than other heating options is their ability to withstand high temperatures.
